ﾌﾗﾝｸ・ｼﾅﾄﾗの曲を初めて聞いたのはStrangers　In　The　Nightでした。時に中学3年生でした。それから高校生になり、あのMy　Wayが日本でも発売されました。当時新しいﾎﾟﾋﾟｭﾗｰｿﾝｸﾞはすべてﾗｼﾞｵ頼りであり、My　Wayも家のﾗｼﾞｵで聞き、発売日を確認してﾚｺｰﾄﾞ店で買いました。まだCDではなく、ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ盤でしたが、ﾄﾞﾗﾏﾁｯｸな歌声に魅せられて、その後このｱﾙﾊﾞﾑも購入しました。ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑﾀｲﾄﾙのMY　Wayは別として、その他ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑに収められた曲はすべて他人の曲ですか゛Sinatraの持ち歌のような感じがしたものです。
