Content Description
福井県にある吉祥山永平寺は寛元２年（1244年）に道元禅師によって開創された曹洞宗の大本山で、参禅道場である。この山内にテレビカメラを持ち込み、午前４時半から午後９時までの一日、厳しい寒さの中で修行をつづける雲水の姿を中心に、永平寺の冬を紹介する。
