An unknown singer even to a veteran vocal fan. George T. Simon once said, ”Bill Black will catch up Sinatra and Como.” But he did not. This newly discovered album proves that George T. Simon was right. Bill Black was an excellent singer having his own sound and style, but Fortune didn’t smile at him.
