本作は、バンドの友人であるラスティ・サントス（2004年の『Sung Tongs』の共同プロデューサー）によってレコーディングされ、2005年5月にリリースされた。このEPは、4曲中3曲にシンガーソングライターのヴァシュティ・バニヤンが参加しており、バンドが2005年にリリースしたアルバム『Feels』の直前にリリースされた。
