まじめな作品とでも形容したらいいのだろう...

まじめな作品とでも形容したらいいのだろうか。 聖書に取材した作品なので曲調もどこか宗教的（禁欲的）な感じがしないではない。 もっとも高音を強調した派手な旋律もあるにはある。 １９９１年というソヴィエト崩壊前夜の録音と考えると作品とは関係ないがどこか感慨深い。 アンドレイ・チスチャコフはこの前後にいくつかのロシア・オペラの録音を残しているが、これからというときに亡くなっているのでとても残念だ。 このようなマイナーな作品を録音に残してくれたことに感謝したい
