メイデンの作品の中でも5本指に入るほどクオリティーの高いサウンドではないでしょうか？シンセギターなんてサウンドの彩の一部にすぎません、全曲スリリングであっという間にエンディングを迎えてしまいます。前作「サムホェア～」も素晴らしい作品だったけど、個人的には本作の方が好きです。唯一欠点を上げればタイトル曲5がスティーヴの書いた曲にしては“平凡”なこと。もう少しすっ飛んだ展開でも良かったのでは・・・でも悪いってことはありません。

⑤が若干だれるが、その他の曲はどれも魅力的で、もっとライヴで欲しい曲ばかり。①、④には興奮するね。

久々に彼らの国内盤が、また定番の期間限定の廉価盤として出されるが、前回までにｽﾀｼﾞｵ作品はほぼ買い替えたので今回はﾗｲﾌﾞ盤狙いで楽しみたいと思う（笑）それはともかく、本作は当時の世界的なHRﾑｰﾌﾞﾒﾝﾄの渦中にあって、彼らが全米で圧倒的な支持を得ていた頃の傑作ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑだ。全作中で最もｷｬｯﾁｰで楽曲もかなり洗練されている。迷ってる人が最初に聴くｱﾙﾊﾞﾑとしてはまさにうってつけ！
