ER SEASON 7 SET 2

The seventh season of the award-winning hospital drama “ER” is finally on DVD. A highly dramatic season, it begins with Dr. Carter entering rehab in at attempt to resolve the narcotics addiction that has afflicted him since he was stabbed in the ER. It's certainly an eventful for series for Greene and Corday, as not only do they get engaged, married and have a baby, but Greene is also diagnosed with a severe and inoperable brain tumour. The love triangle between Abby, Carter and Kovac begins in earnest and Chen has a baby herself.

The medical cases are extremely heavy-going this season, but there are occasional moments of comic relief, such as the hilarious episode featuring a patient suffering from spontaneous human combustion. The intense action throughout the season builds to a tense and disturbing finale, which has serious implications for all of the ER staff, which rounds off a wonderful season of a terrific show.
