スペンサーデイビスやトラフィックのものまで入れて無理やりベストにした感じがしてたまらない。どうせなら、ソロだけの曲をもっとたくさんいれて欲しかった。私が大好きなROLL　WITH　ITが入っているので買ったが、もっとソロの曲をいっぱいいれてもらいたかった。でも、良い曲が多いので良しとすか？とにかく、才能のある人ですよ。凄い人ですよ。

steveの経歴に傷付ける作品 唯一”今”と言う時間軸で勝負出来る数少ない人なのに 決してこんなアルバム だれも待ってないよ。 しかも、バンド時代からの曲を連ねられても… それなら、全曲集として、オールタイム・ベストにしてもらったほうがいい 最低なアルバムなので星付けたく無いですが、取り敢えず１コ

無理やりに仕立てた印象の強いベスト盤。これを買うなら87年にリリースされた”Chronicles”を勧めます。どうせなら、ソロ時代の集大成を作ってほしかった。

10代でスペンサー・デイヴィス・グループのヴォーカリストとしてデビューしたスティーヴ・ウィンウッドは、当時、天才シンガーと呼ばれた。ブラック・ミュージックに影響を受けたR&B感覚に溢れた彼のヴォーカルは、とても10代の英国人のものとは思えないほどの「熱」と「瞬発力」を備えていたのだった。
