Ｊ.ビアフラとメルヴィンズのコラボ第二弾。ハードコアの流れを汲むスピード感とエッジの効いたヘヴィネスは今回も強烈で、むしろ屈折した変態度はアップしている。前作のアウトテイクっぽい雰囲気もあり、まずは前作を聴いてからをお薦めする。

ビアフラ＆メルヴィンズの第二弾。前作よりも、彼らの奇怪な側面が強調されており、とてもユニークなヘヴィ・ロックに仕上がっている。アルバム・カバー通りの、不気味だがなんだかおかしい世界が堪能できる。
