Marketed as the UKs version of Ricky Nelson, CRAIG DOUGLAS was hugely popular in the pre-Beatles era.

He had far more hits than people usually remember, clocking up thirteen UK chart entries between 1959-62.

Craig was still only 18 when he topped the charts in the summer of 1959 with his jaunty cover of Sam Cookes Only Sixteen.

This set includes that and all his other UK?hits, notably Come Softly To Me, Teenager In Love, Pretty Blue Eyes, Heart Of A Teenage Girl, A Hundred Pounds Of Clay, Time, When My Little Girl Is Smiling, Our Favourite Melodies, Oh Lonesome Me, etc.

Also included are a handful of songs from films in which he appeared, that werent issued the first time around.
