Digitally remastered edition of this album from the legendary rockers. The Champs exploded onto the music scene in 1958 with Tequila, a Latin-tinged instrumental. Fresh from the success of the single, written by group member Chuck Rio (he was born Danny Flores but used an assumed name as he was under contract to another record company at the time), The Champs set about trying to maintain their success. Whilst the history books show they are largely regarded as one hit wonders, they did manage to record similar Latin dance style material and attract considerable interest until the mid-1960s.
