All the best from His Excellency’s ”GIRLS’ ROCK” album series. Plus 2 wonderful new songs that fully deserve to be included in that selection. And the new PV is very good too!

The 6th live DVD from CANTA - and the first one that made it to major stores like HMV. CANTA 7th birthday concert in Shibuya O-EAST is truly worth your time and attention (and money). A 3 hours long recording of a great performance of a extremely talented and skilled band, provided in an exceptionally good quality - that’s what ”kannana” is.

Very good album, but different from their latest works.
Resembles their debut album ”FACE TO FACE”, or maybe even Ace’s solo album ”TIME AXIS”...

The overall design is just great. Silver logo and album name on the cover, mitsu-domoe symbols next to each song title, and then there are wonderful portraits of band members...
The new ”EL DORADO” PV is just as weird and cool as expected. A mix of the footage from the farewell show (the last song of the century becomes the first song of their anniversary return 10 years after), the animated pieces, and a kind of short story.
This release deserves no less than 6 stars out of 5. Especially because Ace’s not there - and yet they came back as strong as ever, even though they most probably miss him way more than we do. Seikima-II have a history of surviving such losses： Damian, then Jail, and now Ace... But they’re still alive and they’re back - that’s the point, and the rest is just circumstances.

And the making-of video from bonus DVD is hilarious!
