圧倒的な物量で迫ってくるザッパの世界に触れるには、どのアルバムから聞けばいいのか分からなくて、とりあえずこの作品から聞きました。うーん、何だか凄い演奏だなと感じるのだけど、理解不能です。誰か、彼の凄さを分かりやすく教えて欲しい！

レコード発売当時、よく聴きました。ディスクリートレーベルから出てましたが、この頃のメンツの演奏力は、すさまじいの一言で、ザッパのギターも面白いフレーズが出てきます。音楽にドッップリつかり、なおかつ聴きやすい？「失礼」アルバム。１はタイトル通りの遠い宇宙の世界で、２のギターソロはザッパしか弾けませんね。他も現実離れしたサウンド？。聴き応えのある、ロックアルバムですよ。買って損なし。

ﾗｲｳﾞとｽﾀｼﾞｵでの録音をﾘﾐｯｸｽしたとは思えないほどの一体感、この隙の無さは凄い。そう思うとﾀｲﾄﾙは言い得て妙。この作品発表後に来日…生で見た人が羨ましい…後追いの悲しいところです。
