60年代後期だというのに､( それともだからか？)熱気に溢れる秀作。ｼﾞｬｹｯﾄは左手にﾗｯﾊﾟ､そして右手の指を突き出す“火の玉”ﾓｰｶﾞﾝの兄貴がｲｶす( ｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙLPとは異なってる？)　。ﾊﾞﾗｰﾄﾞも鳴るが､ﾀｲﾄﾙ曲をはじめとする､ﾁｬﾁなRock Band 何ぞは退いてろ ! と言わんばかりのｹﾀﾀﾏしいｱﾝｻﾝﾌﾞﾙが､とても心地良い。焼ける様な本編には､R･Carterや､B･Nのお抱えになった(?)“Shape Of Jazz To Come”のB･Higginsや､C･Walton等の強力なﾌﾟﾚｲが､ﾎﾞｰ・ﾄﾗには､H･Mabernや､Milesのﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞから退団させられたG･Coleman( ? ：ｺｰﾙﾏﾝは､ﾍﾀｸｿではないが､後任のW･ｼｮｰﾀｰがｽｺﾞ過ぎたみたい.. ) 達の好演が､そして当然ｱﾆｷのﾗｯﾊﾟも煮え滾っている。以下､なぜ国内盤が廃盤なのか東芝サンに聞きたくなるような秀盤の気がした。個人的にはﾎﾞｰﾄﾗ､M⑫のﾄﾞｰﾅｯﾂ･ｿﾝｸﾞ(笑)等のｷｭｰﾊﾞﾝ･ﾐｭｰｼﾞｯｸも含め､Sidewinder が霞む程､惚れている。
