「西瓜BABY」は夏のせつない名曲です。歌詞に物語があり、同じ主人公で別の曲を作ってもらいたくなるほど歌詞の２人が気になります。残念なのはPVがスタジオ撮影のみで、曲のイメージを十分表現出来ていないと感じるところです。短編映画の様なPVが合っているように思います。メンバーの表情を見るのには現在のPVもいいのですが、「ギンガムチェック」のように別監督での別PV制作を可能ならしていただければと思います。

”西瓜BABY”は、彼女たちらしい明るいポップ・ロックのサマー・チューン。 ”希望の花”は、清涼感のあるミディアム・ポップ。 Type別カップリングWでは、きたりえ作詞の”guilty love”もかっこいいのですが、由依ちゃんソロの”May”が、80年代のアイドル・ソングを思わせる曲調でとてもほのぼのとしたいい曲です。 40代の方は懐かしさを感じるでしょう。

奇跡の「神7」入りから一転、まさにファンからすれば地獄に叩き落された推しメン「さしこ」の「HKT48」への電撃移籍！！メンバー全員が選抜メンバーで構成された、この最高のユニットはどこに向かうのだろう！「さしこ」は、このユニットも離脱してしまうのか？移籍に関する経緯にはあえて触れないが、この四人こそが「Not yet」であり、他のメンバーを加入させての姿は正直、あまり想像したくないな！「さしこ」ガンバレ！！俺たちファンの心は揺らぐ事無く、いつまでも応援し続けるから！！　曲はいつもと同様、夏にピッタリなポップでキャッチーなサマーソング！
