オアシスの後期よりは、バンドとして機能してると思います。ただオアシスより有名になれるかは、正直微妙だと思う。今の音楽シーンにロック自体の存在意義を見出すのが難しいので。デビュー作は、概ね受け入れられても次回作が本当に正念場になると思います。その辺りは、リアムよりアンディやゲムが修羅場をくぐり抜けできてるので切実に感じてると思う。ノエルのソロとビーディアイを聴き比べると、あまりの音楽性の違いにびっくりします。オアシスに執着するよりメンバー個々にしたい方向に動いたことはもう仕方がないほどの歴然した事実を思い巡らしてしまいます。彼等がオアシスより有名になるには、スタジアム級のアンセムを早い段階で発表できるか如何で変わると思います。

ノエル以外のOasisメンバーで結成。まだ過去の印象は拭えていないが、The Roller,For AnyoneあたりはOasisの頃にはあまり無かった風通しの良さが楽曲に備わっている。UKではシングル・チャートが芳しくない結果だったようだが、数字をものともしない作品を届けてくれるのでは？と、作品を聴くと胸が熱くなる。

内容はなかなか良いんですが、やっぱりノエルがいるOasisが良いですね。
