一作目の「チーズホリデー」を始めてみたときは、クレイアニメーションに感動と関心を覚えたのを思い出します。ニック・パーク監督のほぼ単独作品で、学生時代の卒業作品用に作り始めたものとのこと。最近の作品と比べると作りが雑に見えるかもしれませんが、本シリーズの原点ですので、是非興味がある方は、見てみてください。「ペンギンに気をつけろ!」の雨の降るシーンや涙の流れるシーン、「危機一髪!」の泡のシーンなども当時興味深く見たように記憶しています。この初期3部作を収録した上に、ボーナス映像も収録されていて、お勧めです。Peter Gabrielの「スレッジハンマー」のPVにもニック・パーク監督の制作部分があるとのことです。--- 鶏肉のダンスの部分
