今になって聴いてみると、山下達郎は、最初から山下達郎だったんだとわかる作品ですね。達郎ワールドの原点がココにあります。音に対しての方向性にブレがないのがわかります。ジャケットも素敵。でも、紙ジャケだったらなおよかったな。

山下達郎の青春がまさに甦った記念すべき一枚と言えると思います。今の山下達郎と違った一面が心に沁み込んできました。

このアルバム、なかなかイカしてると思うよ。ずいぶんと昔の曲ばかりだけど、これがまさに達郎先生の原点だと思うな。｢パレード｣なんかはまさに典型的な曲だよね。でも本当に今時分よく出してくれたよね。感謝してるよ、SONYさん(笑)。さて次は本当の達郎先生の最新オリジナルアルバムが聴きたいね。まぁこのアルバムは、達郎先生をリスペクトする全ての人達に聴いてほしいね。温故知新だよ、みんな…(笑)。
