最終楽曲EVERYTHING'S NOT LOST、ファルセットボイスと、聖なる鐘のようなギターが織り重なり奏でるクライマックスは幾度聴いても涙がにじみます。その後のHIDDEN TRACKも効いてます。アルバム通して、静かにもの悲しくとも、希望が湧いてくる傑作です。0 people agree with this review

'00年発表｡ｲｷﾞﾘｽのNMEのﾌﾟｯｼｭを受け､同年の5〜6月にかけてはﾐｭｰｽﾞとのｼﾞｮｲﾝﾄ･ﾂｱｰを行っていた4人組の新人｡ﾒﾝﾊﾞｰは全員21〜22歳という若さだが､ｱｺｰｽﾃｨｯｸな要素も生かしたｻｳﾝﾄﾞは陰影に富んだ繊細なもので､並外れた器の大きさを感じさせる｡特にｷﾞﾀｰもﾋﾟｱﾉもこなすﾌﾛﾝﾄ､ｸﾘｽ･ﾏｰﾃｨﾝの高音でささやくようなﾎﾞｰｶﾙの醸し出すﾛﾏﾝﾁｼｽﾞﾑは圧巻だ｡2 people agree with this review

個人的な感想ですが、このアルバムが一番好きです。最新アルバムのviva la vidaはそれまでの３作に比べて、明らかに大衆ウケのいい作品になっていると思いました。coldplayの本質を知るならこのアルバムを推奨します。0 people agree with this review
