ALMOND節の"泣きメロ"炸裂！ALMONDの1st FULL ALBUM！2007年結成、山梨県出身の３ピースバンドALMOND。昨年4月にPIZZA OF DEATH RECORDSの4スプリットCD『The Best New-Comer Of The Year』へKen Yokoyama、DRADNATS、Special Thanksと共に参加し話題となり、8月に単独音源として初となるミニ・アルバム『REBORN』をリリース。レーベルメイトのWords Weedsと共に全国３０本以上のレコ発ツアー、自主企画、KEN YOKOYAMA、the band apart、locofrank、dustbox、Special Thanks、F.I.B等数多くのバンドとの共演など精力的なライブ活動を行いバンドとしてレベルをますます上げた彼らが満を持して完成させたこの1st FULL ALBUM。前作で特徴的だったスピード感に加え、アーモンド節ともいえる“泣き”のメロディーが全面に押し出された作品になっています。2ビート一辺倒で押し切るメロディックとは違い、メロディーを基軸に叙情的にサウンドアレンジを施す事により、聞く程に耳に残る旋律とトラックが、より進化したアーモンドならではのサウンドを確立している。
