80年代後半〜90年代にかけ、一大ニューヨーク・ハウス・ブームの火つけ役的な存在であった＜Strictly Rhythm＞！Underground Networkというプロジェクトで世界各国でパーティーを催し、世紀の大ブームとなった。いまだにプレイされ、リミックスなどもリリースされる名作、Barbara TuckerやRiverocean、Louie Vegaなどのアンセムを数多く残す、USハウスの名門中の名門レーベル。このレーベル無しに今のハウス、クラブミュージックは絶対語れない、いや語るなかれ！そんなシーンに多く名作を残した反面、実はリリースは1週間に2枚という驚異的リリース速度で増殖し、巷にはあまり出回らなった名アンダーグラウンド・トラックも多数ある。そして、そのレーベルに再び息を吹き込むのはやはりこの2人！日本が誇るベテラン2人、DJ NORI と TOHRU TAKAHASHI！このパッケージでは、上記のような今も耳にするアンセム的な＜Strictly Rhythm＞の名作はもちろんのこと、あまりピックアップされなかった当時の名作も網羅されている。この辺の選曲はやはり当時もタイムリーに＜Strictly Rhythm＞に触れていたベテラン2人ならではのセレクト！まさに＜Strictly Rhythm＞のトップからボトムまでのトラックを隅から隅まで使用したナイスセレクト＆ミックスショー！また、“MOODMAN”や“DJ KENT”等、日本を代表するクリエーターが、リエディットしたトラックも収録したCD3は＜Strictly Rhythm＞に新しいエネルギーを注入する。圧巻かつ使えるエディット群！
