HMV Review
2008年にインディーズでひっそりと発売された相対性理論の『シフォン主義』。もちろん大きなプロモーションがあるわけでもなく、はじめは変わった名前のバンドだなぐらいの印象。。ところがそのストレンジなポップサウンドに中毒者が続出！あれという間に一躍注目バンドへ、そして昨年発売された『ハイファイ新書』でその評価は決定的に！狂ったアニソン？アキバ経由のポップマエストロ？ストレンジな世界観・音楽性はさらに磨きがかかり、これまたプローモーションもないままとんでもない数の売上を記録しました。本気なんだかふざけてるのかいまだによくわからないそのスタンス、YMO人脈まで巻き込んでしまって、いまとなってはすでに大物の風格さえ感じさせてしまいます。そして前作より15ヶ月ぶり、いよいよ彼らの最新アルバムが発売されます！タイトルは『シンクロニシティーン』に決定、音のほうはまだ未聴ですが、今回も間違いないでしょう！彼らがどのように進化してるか楽しみに待ってましょう！！

あまりにも予想通り。 良くも悪くも予想通り。 やくしまるえつこがソロで活躍の場を大きく広げているだけに「相対性理論」というバンドとしての存在意義に疑問を感じてしまう。0 people agree with this review
