最強の美少女ドール決定戦開幕！ 最強のエンジェル名をかけて、美少女ドールがぶつかり合う、美少女アクションアニメ！主人公の鈴原みさきは、東京にある私立エリオル学園中等部に通うため、単身和歌山から叔母を訪ねて上京してきた。みさきは都会の景色に魅せられてフラフラと都会を見物していると、偶然人形同士が戦っている姿を発見する。それはエンジェリックレイヤーと呼ばれる子供達を中心に人気がある、本物の人形を操る対戦型格闘ゲームであった。エンジェリックレイヤーが戦う姿に魅了されたみさきは自分もエンジェリックレイヤーで戦いたいと思い、即天使の卵を購入した。生まれた天使に「ヒカル」と名づけ、強敵たちがいるトーナメント大会に出場する事を決意する。
