秋元康総合プロデュース『ＡＫＢ４８』の全国進出第一弾として名古屋・栄に進出した『ＳＫＥ４８』！２００８年１０月から観覧車が目印の名古屋・栄にある複合エンターテインメント施設ＳＵＮＳＨＩＮＥ　ＳＡＫＡＥの２Ｆ“ＳＫＥ４８劇場”にて連日公演を開催しており、本ＤＶＤは、満を持して初めてＳＫＥ４８劇場を飛び出してＳＫＥ４８単独で開催された２００９年５月２４日のコンサートの模様を収録。また、特典映像には、ＳＫＥ４８劇場の公演前に劇場内で放映されているメンバー紹介映像を収録。２００９年８月５日「強き者よ」（発売元／ランティス）でメジャーデビューし、発売週オリコンデイリーランキング最高位２位、ウィークリーで最高位５位と地方発のアイドルグループとしては史上初の快進撃を始めたＳＫＥ４８を見逃せない。
