いわゆる“アフター・ピチカート”期の楽曲はハウス食品CMソングでもあった「レトロメモリー」のみにとどまり、『Fruits Clipper』以降顕著に見られるようになったハウス/エレクトロ路線(つまりは現在のCapsule)の楽曲を中心にセレクト。
昔からのファンにしてみれば初期の楽曲ももっと欲しいところではあると思いますが、PerfumeきっかけでCapsuleを聴こう！と思った方には、ジャストな選曲ではないでしょうか(というか今のCapsuleからすると、ハウス食品のCM曲だったなんてのはちょっと違和感があるというか、ずいぶん遠い昔のような気がしますね…)。
「JUMPER」「グライダー」「FLASH BACK」の3曲はLive用にリ・アレンジされた別ヴァージョンでの収録、「グライダー」にいたっては、2007年10月に発売されたremixアルバム『capsule rmx』をはさんで3回目の登場となります。
そして初回盤にはついに！コレまでのビデオクリップなどから数曲収録したDVDを同梱！
『More！More！More！』の初回盤に収められていた「JUMPER」以外でのまとまったDVD作品はコレが初となります。

これは買うべき１枚。 DVD付の方をを買ってよかった。特にJUMPERの映像がすごく綺麗で、曲もとても良い。capsule初めて聴く人でもすぐに好きになる曲がたくさん詰まっている１枚です。0 people agree with this review
