GRAPEVINEの１０枚目となるフルアルバム。アメリカテキサス州で行われたロックフェスティバル「SXSW(サウスバイサウスウエスト)09」への参加、ニューヨークでのライブなど初となる海外公演を経験したGRAPEVINEの今回のアルバムは、初の英語詞による楽曲、バンドサウンドではなくストリングスが積極的に導入された楽曲など、これまでになくカラフルでバラエティに富んだ作品となっています。メンバーのデモテープから緻密なアレンジを組み立てていった、渡米前にレコーディングされた６曲と、恒例となったセッションによる曲作りから生まれた、渡米後のレコーディングによる６曲が好対照を成し、さらなる「音楽的進化」が感じられる作品となっています。

デビューから１０年以上経っているけど、まったく衰える気配なし。ただ、全体的にストリングスな感じで、前作と比べるとちょっと物足りない気も。
