ファーストアルバム“Live and Die〜”に満ちていたあの青さと、「この街で暮らし、この街に死んでゆく」と表題曲にも歌われた若さゆえの閉塞感。そしてある種の疾走感。そのすべてがどこかに隠れてしまった代わりに、若くして成功を収めたが故の自惚れと自信過多、それから選民意識が湧いてきた。 あの「アークティックをも凌ぐ」と言われてシーンに現れ出た彗星は、流れ星に消えてしまったようだ。 先達へのパクりにも近いオマージュが示す方向性に期待。0 people agree with this review

がっかり。the enemyを知らずに聞いたら悪くは無いのかもしれないが、1stの興奮を知っている俺は、the enemyに求めているのはこれじゃない！と感じた。 ワーキングクラスヒーローかと思っていたが、それも見当違いだったようだ。彼らの野心はただビッグになることなんだろう｡その点ではオアシスに通じる。1 people agree with this review
