くるり、スネオヘアーなどを輩出するインドア派うたもの日本代表カフェオレーベルが2009新春に放つ２大新人アーティスト。その１。くるり、スネオヘアーの生みの親、THE SUGAR FIELDS原 朋信レコーディングの1stミニアルバム。米丸の透き通った歌声に、南雲のメロディアスでどこかサイケデリックなギター。懐かしいような新しいような、60〜70sの匂いを残す決して華やかではないがカラフルな楽曲。日常からその中に現れる非日常まで、afterchordは独自のフィルターを通してリアルな世界を描く。椎名林檎やSILENT POETS、『のだめカンタービレ』のサントラ等で活躍するバイオリニストの浅井眞理も参加。ジャケットは、チャットモンチーのCD特典漫画を執筆、デトロイト・メタル・シティの若杉公徳氏などから絶賛を浴びている漫画家の大橋裕之の書き下ろし。写真撮影(オフィシャルホームページ掲載含む)は、第10回平間至写真賞を受賞、銀杏BOYZ「あいどんわなだい」「光」CDジャケット、雑誌MARQUEE(ART-SCHOOL、GRAPEVINE etc…)でも活躍中の写真家、川島小鳥が担当。（写真集「BABY BABY」）
