ブルックナーは、演奏云々以前に録音が悪い。演奏が熱演であるようなので残念だ。強奏で音が飽和してしまい、すごく平板に聴こえてくる。この録音ではちゃんと聴く気にならない。もったいない。モーツァルトは重厚華麗なオケがドライブされていて楽しい。

私にとっては、隅々まで美しく整えられたコンセルトヘボウとのスタジオ録音が今もってハイティンクのこの曲のベスト。その後同じオケのライブやこの演奏は、ライブらしい感興の高まりは見られるものの、細部の詰めがスタジオ録音より劣るのが残念。（ウィーンフィルのも良かったが、ややオケのルーティーンな響きが鼻についた）　ハイティンクの解釈は２０年前から一貫しているが、最近になるほどスケールが大きくなっており、そのことが、プラスよりはどちらかといえばマイナスに影響していると感じる。最弱音から最強音に至るまで緻密に構築され

ブルックナーについてはみなさん書かれているので省きますが、モーツァルトもなかなかのものです。意外にも少し早めのテンポで始まる序奏からして、なみなみならぬ緊張感。推進力のある密度の濃い演奏だと思います。いいＣＤ。ただ、録音は最近の技術水準を考えると今ひとつか。強音部が粗く感じる。
