Jeff Mills在籍時のUnderground ResistanceからMillsとMad Mike、そしてThe VisonことRobert HoodがコラボレートしたプロジェクトX-102による92年のアルバムの再構築盤。URのハードコアサイドが堪能できる名作が遂に復活！！本プロジェクトは、X-101（UR/1991）、X-102（UR/1992）、X-103（Axis/1993）と、名を変え3年連続でTresorからアルバムをリリースしていたもの（X-103はJeffとRob Hoodの2人）。一曲3分前後で表現されたミニマル・トラックの果てに到達する本作のハイライト“Groundzero (The Planet)”は、本作が当時「デステクノ」と言われていたのも頷ける、そこに至るまでの緊張感を一瞬で吹き飛ばす実験的で破壊的な音像！

    淡々と物語が進んで行き、ラストのグラウンドゼロで大爆発という、ある意味ドラマティックな作品。単なるダンスミュージックではなく、作品として、アルバムで聴かせる作りはジェフによる所が大きいかもしれない。
