2007、年間で100万人超を動員した嵐のコンサートの集大成。10.08東京ドームで行なわれたサマーツアーのファイナルをノーカット完全収録。多くのファンのリクエストに応え、ついにリリース！嵐が７th.アルバム「Time」を携えて、2007年７月から１０月にかけて敢行した、“SUMMER TOUR 2007 Time‐コトバノチカラ‐”のファイナル、１０月８日東京ドーム公演の熱狂と感動をシューティング。４月に初アジアツアーの“凱旋記念最終公演”として自身初の単独ドーム公演を成功させた余韻も冷めぬ中、嵐が再びドームに登場。アルバム「Time」収録曲や、大ヒットシングル「Happiness」など、前公演とは半分以上セットリストを入れ替えつつも、ヒット曲や代表曲を多数収録。お楽しみのMCも今作は完全収録。興奮のオープニングから感激のエンディングまで怒涛の約３時間、東京ドームの広大な空間をフルに使い切ったサプライズ満点のパフォーマンスを追体験！

    友達に見せてもらったのがキッカケで、初めて嵐のLiveDVDを見ました。ﾆﾉのｿﾛがめちゃめちゃｶｯｺ良くて、くぎづけに！ﾎﾝﾏに最高です！選曲も最高だし、盛り上がりも最高で、あの空間に居たかった！って本気で思いました！！絶対、買った方がいい！もぅ、みんなｶｯｺｲｲんです！嵐がこんなにｶｯｺｲｲと今まで気付かなかった自分を悔やみます。Liveに絶対行きたいと、ﾌｧﾝｸﾗﾌﾞに入っちゃいました！ﾆﾉ、最高！！

    That’s a very well show.All things are so great in the concert,for example,their dancing, singing(of course),decoration, clothing, place, time and so on. The fans of ARASHI must watch and support this amazing show. I love sho,arashi. Hope arashi can hold a concert in Hong Kong.

    It’s really a fantastic concert. I feel like being at the event myself although I just watched DVD. Well Done Arashi!! Great Job!! Hope they have another concert very soon.
