今まで彼女の歌は街の有線放送やラジオで耳にするくらいで、CDは興味がなかったのですが、食わず嫌いは良くないと思い、聴いてみることに。結論から言って、10回も聴かないうちに飽きました。サウンド面は練り込まれて、且つ無駄なうるささが無い好バランスでいいですね。今時の流行ポップスにありがちな過剰にうるさい音じゃないのは好感がもてます。 が・しかし、作品としては安定している分、整然としてお行儀が良い曲が多く、初めて聴いた時に衝撃がありませんでした。かといって、味わい深いわけでもなく。しいていうなら「ぼくはくま」が新境地を切り開いたという意味で一番新鮮。 多くの人の共感を呼ぶことを強く意識しているっぽい彼女の歌詞に、もはやオリジナリティは感じられません。いや、逆にパーソナリティが強すぎて押し付けがましい音楽は聴く人が限られるので、彼女には売れる音楽を作る才能がある証なんでしょうね。 また、やっぱり歌い方が苦手。好きであら探ししている訳ではないのですが、声に伸びや声量がないのに、高音は歌っていうより悲鳴みたいに聞こえるから不思議。中音も掴み所がない。 作品としては総じて良くも悪くも優等生的な作品なので、すんなり耳に入って、ショックを受けなくて済む安定したものを求めている人にはいいかもしれません。個々が自由に楽しめばいいので、彼女の歌に感動したり、楽しんでいる人に水をさすつもりはありませんが、楽しめない人もいるってことで、参考までに。0 people agree with this review
