Light Headedの大ブレイクの最大の要因、珠玉のビートを手がけたビートメイカー、MuneshineがMumble Hip Hopから人知れずリリースしたインスト集が本作。Light Headed『Pure Thoughts』成功のカギとなったジャズ、ソウル、フュージョンから選び抜かれたサンプルを駆使した柔らかく暖かみのあるグルーヴィーさは継承しつつも、浮遊感を演出する鳴り物のSE、ソリッドでボトムのしっかしりまとめる太めのビート、格段に洗練されたスキルアップしたプロダクションは特筆すべき。インストながらも飽きの来ない心地よい気持ち良い全16曲。
