ヒップホップ･フリークなら誰もが驚く黄金時代のアーティスト達の未発表音源を収録した強力コンピレーションがリリース！アートディレクションはB-Boyファッションの頂点Phenomenon。NYに存在していたとされるヒップホップ･スタジオ「Top Shelf」。88年のトンプキンズ・スクエア暴動によりスタジオは破壊され、録音されたマスターテープは行方不明とされていた。しかしその未発表音源がつい最近、発見されたという。しかもそこに収録されていたのは、Big Daddy Kane、Biz Markie、MC Lyte、Grand Puba、Doug E Fresh、Black Sheep、Jungle Brothers・・・etc.といった伝説のアーティスト達！ここにはヒップホップが滾るようなエネルギーを持っていたあの時代の音が詰まっている！！
