デイヴ・グロールがニルヴァーナ在籍時より温めていたプロジェクトが、カート・コバーン一周忌と時を同じくして実現(本作は1995年7月は発表)。ライヴでは4人編成をとり、ドラムスだったデイヴ・グロールはギター、ヴォーカルへ。そしてこのアルバムではアフガン・ウィッグスのグレッグ・デューリーが一部で歌う以外は、全てデイヴの演奏となっている。デイヴが無意識に鳴らした音にニルヴァーナの影が染み付いているということよりも、新たなバンドでの決意表明のような清々しさ、腹の括り方のようなものの方が勝っている快作だ！

    フーファイターズというより、デイブのソロアルバム。２nd、３rdにはおよばないけどデイブがのびのびロックしてるのが微笑ましいです。

    当時、初めてこの作品を聴いた時は荒削りながら凄くｴﾈﾙｷﾞｯｼｭだと思ったけど、それは今も変わらずかな！ﾎﾟｯﾌﾟｾﾝｽ高いﾄｺもﾁｮｺﾁｮｺと聴けたりするし☆
