ジャケ写そのままに平凡で内気な冴えない青年がギターの音塊を手に入れ、自己表現を音楽に見いだした青春ロック。気分が冴えないときの慰めになるのは私だけ！？歌詞はわからないけど⑥を聴くと、さぁ前に進もうって気持ちになれる。最終曲の終わり方もいい。そのままエンドレスで聴ける。これぞロック！音楽なしじゃ生きていけない！0 people agree with this review

'94年発表｡あ､ｼﾞｬｹｯﾄがなんだかﾌｨｰﾘｰｽﾞみたい……と､若い世代にはさっぱりわからないであろう感慨にふけりつつ本盤を輸入CD店で入手したのが94年の10月だったか､11月だったか｡購入理由はけっこういいかげんなものだったが､実際聴いてみたら､これがえれえかっこいい｡素性はまったくわからなかったものの､4人のｱﾒﾘｶ青年がﾄﾞｶｰﾝとﾊｰﾄﾞな音色で､ﾀｲﾄに､しかしどこかﾄﾎﾞけた味わいをたたえた演奏を展開する､その様に胸が燃えた｡ｵﾙﾀﾅﾃｨﾌﾞに分類されちゃいそうなたたずまいではあるが､一連のｵﾙﾀﾅﾃｨﾌﾞ系ｱｰﾃｨｽﾄに付き物の破壊指向よりも､むしろ伝統的なﾛｯｸﾝﾛｰﾙへの(ﾛｯｸへの､ではないよ)敬愛こそがｳｨｰｻﾞｰのﾀｲﾄなｻｳﾝﾄﾞを決定づけるﾎﾟｲﾝﾄになっているような気がする｡それでいて確実に90年代の音になっているところもうれしい｡一時はこの盤ばっか聴いていたっけ｡あげく､94年の洋楽CDの個人的年間ﾍﾞｽﾄ10にも選んでしまったほどだ｡ 表ｼﾞｬｹｯﾄには何も書かれていなかったが､ﾌﾟﾛﾃﾞｭｰｽはﾘｯｸ･ｵｹｲｾｯｸ｡94年の暮れあたりから全米ﾓﾀﾞﾝ･ﾛｯｸ･ﾁｬｰﾄに⑤がﾗﾝｸｲﾝ｡95年にかけて､偉大なﾛｯｸﾝﾛｰﾗｰの名を冠した④がﾋｯﾄして､その後押しを受けつつｱﾙﾊﾞﾑも全米ﾄｯﾌﾟ20に突入｡当時はｱｳﾄﾃｲｸなどで構成されたﾌﾞｰﾄﾚｯｸﾞも話題になっていた｡95年期待のﾆｭｰ･ｱｰﾃｨｽﾄとしてｳｨｰｻﾞｰを挙げるｱﾒﾘｶの音楽雑誌も多かった｡ごきげんなﾆｭｰ･ｶﾏｰをめいっぱい歓迎しよう｡0 people agree with this review
