2006年5月27日から全国東宝系で公開の映画「嫌われ松子の一生」。20代で教師をクビになり、エリートから転落してソープ嬢になり、やがてヒモを殺して刑務所に...ある1人の女性の不幸な人生を真正面から描いたベストセラー小説のをCM界の巨匠中島哲也監督が映画化した作品です。数多くのミュージシャンやコメディアンも出演している話題の作品であり、公開と同時期5月24日にリリースされる今作も、映画のテーマソングとなっているBonnie Pinkの「Love Is Bubble」(ちなみにBonnieはソープ嬢の役だとか)をはじめとして、木村カエラ、AI&及川リンなどの楽曲を収録。
また、映画には出演していない和田アキ子やMichael Bubleといったアーティストの楽曲も収録され、映画同様にポップな世界観と独特の雰囲気を総合的に演出する内容の濃いコンピレーションアルバムとして聴けます！

    映画を見た後､『まげてのばして』が頭から離れず､購入してしまいました笑｡ 仁希の最近の鼻歌はずっと♪ま〜げて〜のばして〜♪です(･∀･)ほかの曲も好きだけど、やっぱりこの曲が１番好き！普通にアルバムとして聴けるのでオススメです☆

    映画を観た後、即購入しました。既発曲もありますが、映画のストーリーに沿って作られた曲がほとんどで、どれも素晴らしい出来になっています。スコアの方もかなり素敵。久々のサントラ・ヒットでした。
