オリジナル作未収録曲／レア・トラックを纏めた、彼らの裏史を語る上で欠かせないコンピ。ヴァセリンズのカヴァーM6、7を聴くと、彼らやレインコーツ、少年ナイフといったバンドを好んだカート・コバーンの”パンクのＤＩＹ精神”や”純粋さ”への眼差しと、「ネヴァーマインド」の大ヒットを自ら”堕落”と捉えてしまう秘められた内省性、弱さを思わずにいられない。オリジナル・アルバムに見られる”トータル性”（主にプロデュース・ワークに拠る）がない分、却って彼ら本来の生々しさ、スピード感が際立つ一枚。

'92年発表｡英国BBCﾗｼﾞｵのｼﾞｮﾝ･ﾋﾟｰﾙ･ｾｯｼｮﾝや未発表曲などを収録した貴重なﾚｱ･ﾄﾗｯｸ集｡作品の整合性ではｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙに及ばないが､ﾌｧﾝならぜひ持っていたい1枚｡

ナーヴァナはほっとんど捨て曲無しのアルバムばかりなのですがこれだけはありますね(笑) けど前半は最高ですね！！一番好きかもしれない。ただ後半は・・・。何個か？なのが。いいのと悪いのの差が激しい。こういう系ならぶっちゃけブリーチの方がいいですね。
