台湾からデビューした男性ダンスグループEnergyのファースト・アルバム。シンファの’Come On’をカヴァーしていることからもわかる通り、狙いは踊れて曲もかける（今作では２曲をメンバーが作詞）マルチ・アーティスト・グループ。かなりハードな’放手’からメロウなバラード’第二次愛上ｲﾎ’まで、ノリ的にはまさに韓国の人気男性グループ風。メンバー５人の気になるルックスは...というと、コレまた大合格。ブレーク必至。
