アトランタの実力派ヒップホップ･バンドAfarと同郷のオーガニック系アーティストJahahのタッグ･アルバム。Afarは、ATCQ、Arrested Development、Julie Dexter、さらには御大Herbie Hancock、Wynton Marsalisら超がつくアーティスト達と共演した経験を持つ腕利きミュージシャンの集まりだ。Jahahは歌とラップを器用に使いこなす才人で、先日「Mamas Only Son」で日本デビューを果たしたばかり。そんな才能ある両者がぶつかりあった本作は、ヒップホップ・ミュージックでは感じたことのない、どこかノスタルジックな匂いが漂っている。ポッと出の新人では決して出すことの出来ない、圧倒的な匠の技と音楽的センスがかもし出すものなのかも知れない。
