コリン・ディヴィス
《春の祭典》と《ペトルーシュカ》のストラヴィンスキーの代表作のカプリング。演奏はコリン・デイヴィスが名門コンセルトヘボウを指揮して1976年と77年に録音したものです。両曲とも音そのものの動きを純音楽的にシンフォニックに描き出した演奏でその一分の隙もなく進行する音楽は《春の祭典》では圧倒的クライマックスを築きあげます。スコアにある音がゆたかな雰囲気をもって生きいきと鮮明に聴こえてくるアナログ最盛期の名録音です。

高校生のとき擦り切れるまで聴きました。オケも演奏も録音も指揮もすべて最高の演奏です。今聴いていますがやはりこの演奏を超えるものは出ないじゃないでしょうか。クラッシック音楽の凄さを私に教えてくれた一枚です。レビューが一人なんて本当にかなしい。1 people agree with this review

「春の祭典」は、LPでの初出時、まさに一世を風靡したレコードだった。それまで地味な存在だったこの指揮者への注目度を、一気にアップさせた1枚としても忘れがたい。その後30年の間に、星の数ほどの新録音が登場したが、この録音の素晴らしさは全く色褪せていない。なかなかにアグレッシブでありながら、純音楽的・・という、容易にマネの出来ない離れ業をやってのけたこの名演。LPでは「ペトルーシュカ」と合わせて5千円もしたのが、なんと1000円！！ バチがあたりそうである。「お買い得」の一言に尽きる名盤！1 people agree with this review
