1985年、ヘアメイク・アーティストのAsa-Changを中心に、オリジナル・スカへの敬意を払いつつ、遊び心を追求したライヴバンド東京スカパラダイス・オーケストラのデビューアルバム。六本木インクスティックなどで繰り広げられた大御所世帯のバンドならではの熱狂的なライヴパフォーマンスで話題を集め、当時のモッズたちの社交場(乱闘場)になる。今でも演奏している代表曲の数々や粋なカバー曲が収録された、彼らの原点。

    ホーンが入ったバンドはやっぱり華やかだ(米米クラブみたいにね)。日本最強のビッグバンド、ごっついデビュー盤。これが、そうこれが、スカパラの音なのよ。

    ｷﾞﾑﾗさんがﾏﾗﾎﾞｰ振り回し青木さんがﾄﾞﾗﾑ叩き…今は亡きこのお二人の存在感。ｱｻﾁｬﾝは今のｽｶﾊﾟﾗをどう観てるのかな。
