とある地方都市、“ペンギン村ヒルズ”。 世界一退屈な街で悶々と暮らす若者達の物語。 ペンギン村ヒルズ・ケーブルテレビの人気番組、サンダー紙袋司会の『24時間365日TV』が街中に流れる中、様々な事件（重大なモノも、そうでもないモノも）が巻き起こる。『24時間365日TV』を通じて、それらの事件に毎回巻き込まれる若者達。その都度教訓（意味のあるモノも、そうでないモノも）を得ていく。 ミチローとユーヤのバンドデビューの夢は叶うのか？24時間営業レストラン“がっかりDonkey's”でアルバイトするA子＆U子＆I子の時給は？少林寺（こばやしでら）の息子、拳とその友人、周の行く末は？ そもそもサンダー紙袋ってナニモノ？ とにかく、ペンギン村ヒルズは、毎日馬鹿馬鹿しく時が過ぎるのだった。 |
