Mika Nakashima's 5th album lets you feel the singer's "inner voice" = "instinct". Featuring hit titles e.g. "Sakura" etc. the album is coupled with a DVD compilation of her video clips of "I Don't Know", "Orion", "Focus" etc.

The album title "VOICE" comes from the spirit of "trusting your own voice" which is also the singer's belief, and it is well manifest in the album itself.

The album contains 14 songs in total, including hot titles like "I Don't Know"sung in all English under the name "Mica 3-Chu", a collaboration with Mori-Sanchu (comedienne trio), etc. The initial limited edition comes with a special DVD featuring music clips of her big hits e.g. "Life", "Eien-no-Uta", "Sakura", "I Don't Know", "Orion" and "Focus".
