- Buy 1 or more campaign scope item during the campaign period and answer the questionnaire on the bottom of this page.
- Shipping must be complete by July 31st 2012 (TUE).
- Payment with points, gift voucher and coupons will be qualified for the campaign.
- This campaign is only on HMV ONLINE/MOBILE and not at physical HMV STORES, LAWSON HOT STATION (Yahoo! Store, Rakuten Ichiba) or HMV @Loppi.

- Must be complete by July 31st 2012 (TUE).
- When Jibun Bank, Convenience Store, Pay-easy, New Banking, Edy is selected for payment method, items will be shipped the day after the payment is completed. [Shipping must be completed by 31st July, 2012 (TUE)]
- Members who have unsubscribed prior to receiving the coupon will not receive their coupon.
- If the order or part of the order is cancelled and does not meet the qualifications, you will be disqualified. (Includes discontinued items)
- If the item is not available within 20 days, the item will be cancelled.
- If the item from the supplier is late and can not be shipping by 31st July, 2012 (THR) coupon will not be added.
