まさに「音楽の力」を見せてくれた感動の来日公演から約半年、メンフィス・ブルース・ツアーの模様が遂に！
2011年3月11日。
東日本大震災が起きたその日、シンディ・ローパーは「メンフィス・ブルース・ジャパン・ツアー」のために来日。刻々と伝わる深刻な状況に激しく心を痛めながらも、シンディはコンサートを中止せず、日本を元気づけるために予定通り歌うことを決意。日本を勇気付けてくれる魂の歌を披露してくれた。
メンフィスにて昨年の秋に行われたスペシャルライヴの模様を収録。アルバムにもゲスト参加しているアラン・トゥーサンやトレイシー・ネルソン、ジョニー・ラングをゲストに迎え、ブルースの大御所たちを観客に迎えてのライヴはすさまじいシンディのエネルギーを与えられること間違いなし。日本盤のみの特典として「日本公演ドキュメントレポート付（日本公演のライヴ写真なども）」収録！
