8月5日にNHKのスタジオで公開収録されたYellow Magic Orchestraのライブ＋トークを待望のDVD化。ほとんどスタジオライブを行ったことがないというYellow Magic Orchestraが、1,000人の観客の前で「RYDEEN」や「FIRECRACKER」「COSMIC SURFIN'」などの代表作を演奏。NHKの番組ではオンエアされなかった演奏楽曲も収録。YMOのメンバー以外に、小山田圭吾、権藤知彦、クリスチャン・フェネスも参加。トークコーナーでは、“骨休めのために温泉宿にやってきた”という設定で、細野晴臣、坂本龍一、高橋幸宏が近況や結成秘話などを語ります。トークが繰り広げられる部屋には、YMOの関連グッズが仕込まれるなど興味ある内容が盛り沢山。こちらもオンエアされなかった場面も収録。
