ヴァンゲリスをはじめて聴いたのは、FMで流れた「クロマティック」。メロディから何から、この音楽が秘める深さは、どこから生まれたきたのか不思議でした。何か、郷愁と哀れみと幸せと、そして「和」を感ずる。日本の文楽の音響効果にも使われたとのこと。早速、LPを購入。同じLPの日本語名「夢」に涙し、「ブレードランナー」の「エンド・タイトルズ」に宿命と元気をもらいました。「エル・グレコ」。クラシックもこよなく愛する私として、原曲は素晴らしい！願わくば、交響楽団のアコースティックな音も聴いてみたいですね。
