リンゴにキース・ムーンの真似は出来ないとか言って、自分で受けてらっしゃる、変わった方がおられますが。 リンゴがキース・ムーンの真似をしたら、ビートルズの音楽はめちゃくちゃになりますよ。そもそも、リンゴとキース・ムーンを比較することに意味はありません。極めてナンセンス。 The Whoなんて星2の評価でも充分でしょ。 ところで、今のピートはMy Generationを歌うとき、どんな心境であの歌詞を口ずさんでるのか、むしろ、それが気になります。

レコードデビュー５０周年ということで、タイトルはHITS 50!　しかし収録曲は４２曲。どうせなら、５０曲収録してほしかったと思うのは私だけではないだろう。 しかしながら、シングルでしかリリースされていないナンバーも多数入っていて、初心者から永年彼らの音楽に親しんできたリスナーにも充分楽しんでもらえる内容です。 このアルバムで気づかされるのは、彼らの作曲能力や演奏能力、またはプロデュース力はやはり卓越しており、けっしてビートルズやストーンズの後塵を拝するようなバンドではないということ。どうにかして、ビートルズばかり聴いている方々に聴いてほしいですね。リンゴにはキース・ムーンの真似はできないよ！(笑) あと、もう一回日本に来てほしい、前回来日時は行けなかったから！彼らを観ずしてこの世を去ることはできません。
