明らかに今までの作品の中で一番の出来ですね。ストーリーアルバムなので曲と曲が繋がっているのと、激しい曲とバラード系の曲、双方が絡み合っていてトラックも考えに考えた感じが伝わってきます。エコノマキが脱退したので心配でしたがお見事です。PART2が待ち遠しいです！

元々はコリィとジェイムズが「SLIPKNOT」加入前に活動していたバンドであり、二人の「SLIPKNOT」加入がきっかけで自然消滅したバンドが名作の誉れ高き「Iowa」発表の翌年2002年にサイド.プロジェクトとゆう形で再始動させ今作は通算2作目となる作品！今やエクストリーム.ミュージック界では尊敬の眼差しで一目置かれるカリスマ的存在となったコリィ.テイラーだが、本作で聞かせるサウンドは「SLIPKNOT」では表現する事が出来ないであろうサウンドを聞くことが出来る。元来、コリィ.テイラーとゆうヴォーカリストは非常に歌心を熟知した人なので＃8、＃12ではソフトに歌いあげ＃1～＃6の前半は男気溢れるストロングヴォイスを堪能出来る。本業の「SLIPKNOT」の動向も気になる所だが「STONE SOUR」自体も独立した個性を放つバンドなので今後もコンスタントな活動に期待したい物である。
